Broccoli Souffle

This nice and amazing broccoli recipe of souffle is baked with eggs and butter and seasonings. Great taste to try !


* 2 to 2 1/2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, about 12 ounces
* 1/4 cup butter
* 1/4 cup flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 1 cup milk
* 4 eggs, separated
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
* 4 egg whites
* 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Cook broccoli in boiling water according to package directions. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat; stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add
milk. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened. In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks lightly. Pour about half of the hot sauce mixture into the beaten yolks, stirring briskly. Return egg yolk mixture to saucepan and blend well; stir in lemon juice, nutmeg, and cooked drained broccoli. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Fold egg whites into sauce mixture. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Set baking dish into a large shallow baking pan. Place in 350° oven then fill outer pan with about 2 inches of very hot water. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until soufflé is puffed and golden brown. This great broccoli recipe of souffle is to be served immediately....nice taste of souffle broccoli.!


Sesame Broccoli Recipe

* 1 pound fresh broccoli
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1 tablespoon vinegar
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon granulated sugar *
* 1 tablespoon sesame seed, toasted

Trim and wash broccoli; drain. Cook broccoli spears in a small amount of boiling salted water just until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and arrange broccoli spears in a serving dish.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine vegetable oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame seed; bring to a boil. Pour sauce over the hot broccoli, turning spears to coat thoroughly. Serve
immediately. This nice Broccoli recipe serves 4 persons. ...great taste !


Broccoli With Almond Recipe

This is an easy broccoli recipe with toasted almonds and butter. try this recipe...its recommended...!


* 3 packages ( 10 ounces each) frozen broccoli spears
* 3 tablespoons melted butter
* 1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
* salt and pepper

Cook broccoli until tender according to package directions; drain. Pour melted butter over broccoli, sprinkle with toasted almonds, and season to taste with salt and pepper. The broccoli recipe is ready to serve...Nice taste !


Broccoli with Cheesy Mushroom Sauce

This great broccoli recipe is cooked then served with a cheese and mushroom sauce.


* 2 pounds fresh broccoli spears
* 3 tablespoons butter
* 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
* 3 tablespoons flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
* 1 cup chicken broth
* 1/2 shredded mild Cheddar or American cheese
* paprika

Cook broccoli in boiling salted water just until tender. Melt butter in saucepan; sauté mushrooms until tender. Stir in flour until smooth and bubbly. Stir in salt and mustard. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Pour sauce over hot cooked, well-drained broccoli. Sprinkle with paprika....The broccoli recipe is ready to what a great taste of broccoli....!


Beverly Creamy Broccoli Recipe

This easy creamy broccoli recipe with chicken breasts and broccoli, cooked in the slow cooker.


  • 1 can Cream of Broccoli Soup
  • boneless chicken breasts (as many as you need) - I buy the frozen ones with 6-7 in a bag - approx. 3 pounds
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup milk


Place chicken in the crockpot. Cover with frozen veggies and cream of broccoli soup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or HIGH 3 to 4 hours. (Boneless chicken breasts might be dry if cooked too long.) Add milk about 45 minutes before done, or 30 minutes if cooking on high. Serve poured over rice!!! The broccoli recipe is ready to serve ..Yummy!...what a great taste ! Enjoy it !


Creamy Broccoli Pasta

This creamy broccoli Pasta served with Parmesan cheese sauce.


* 8 ounces pasta
* 1 bunch cooked broccoli floret, drained
* 5 medium fresh basil leaves
* 3 tablespoons butter
* 3/4 cup heavy cream
* 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta until tender; drain. In food processor with steel blade, combine broccoli, basil, butter and cream. Pulse to purée. Add Parmesan cheese and pulse to blend. Mix broccoli mixture into drained pasta; stir. Cook, stirring, over medium-low heat. Add salt and pepper. Serve when heated through and well combined.
